We are offering the position of Regional Manager with responsibility for prospecting new customers and providing technical support through the development of customized quotes and solutions. This position will have full ownership of an assigned territory in South Sweden, and will leverage creativity and tenacity to generate new marketing activities.
The position of Regional Manager demands frequent customer visits and continuous relationship management (e.g. project-driven sales or sales to manufacturers of district heating sub stations, air conditioning chillers, heat pumps, etc.), including product presentations and training, technical support and negotiations, plus sales tracking and reporting. In addition, regular assessments of market development and business opportunities are important elements of the job description. Attendance at local exhibitions and the implementation of the best local sales strategies are other responsibilities.
As Sales Engineer you will be working in our Sales & Marketing team HUB North Europe located at our headquarters in Landskrona. You will work very closely with our Sales offices in Europe and will report to the HUB Manager North Europe.
We are interested in meeting highly motivated, success-oriented individuals with a university degree or comparable education in technical engineering, preferably thermotechnical engineering, coupled with a strong interest in technology and innovation. You should possess several years’ working experience in the heat transfer field; experience in the technical sales of heat exchangers in targeted industries in Sweden or Norway will be an advantage.
Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, to continuously generate leads, to create value for your customers and to overcome objections and temporary setbacks.
You enjoy working in an international environment, and you possess a good knowledge of English. Excellent Swedish language skills are essential. While you are used to taking the initiative and working in an independent and self-motivated manner, you enjoy working in a team across separate locations, jointly developing a company with enormous growth potential in the country.
